Pillow Talk
Scottish designer Joanna Montgomery designed a pillow for couples in long-distance relationships. Each person wears a ring sensor to sleep at night. When one person goes to bed, their lover's pillow begins to glow softly, and you can hear each other's heart beating.
MAGIC MOUNTAIN LODGE AT CHILE, SOUTH AMERICA
Montaña Mágica Lodge, also known as Magic Mountain Lodge, is located within Huilo Huilo, a 232 square mile natural reserve in southern Chile. Covered in rainforest moss and vines, this manmade volcano-like structure spews water and is only accessible by a monkey bridge. And if this isn’t sufficiently magical and surreal, outside are hot tubs, carved from hollowed out tree trunks, with ideal vantage points for wildlife sightings.

Tattoo Inspirations
One of my faves is this one from Victoria Beckham
and it says: "I am beloved and my beloved is mine"
From The Blonde Salad Chiara Ferragni. Love Bows.
..And my favorite: "Be present"
By: EE Cummings
I carry your heart with me (I carry it in
my heart) I am never without it (anywhere
I go you go,my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing, my darling)
I fear no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet) I want
no world (for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you
Here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
I carry your heart (I carry it in my heart)

The beautiful gift of L I F E
A picture began circulating in November. It should be "The Picture of the Year," or perhaps, "Picture of the Decade." It won't be. In fact, unless you obtained a copy of the U.S. paper which published it, you probably would never have seen it.
The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who is being operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner. The baby was diagnosed with spina bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother's womb. Little Samuel's mother, Julie Armas, is an obstetrics nurse in Atlanta. She knew of Dr. Bruner's remarkable surgical procedure. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, he performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb.
During the procedure, the doctor removes the uterus via C-section and makes a small incision to operate on the baby. As Dr. Bruner completed the surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny, but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly grasped* the surgeon's finger. Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.
The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The editors titled the picture, "Hand of Hope." The text explaining the picture begins, "The tiny hand of 21-week-old fetus Samuel Alexander Armas emerges from the mother's uterus to grasp the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner as if thanking the doctor for the gift of life."
Little Samuel's mother said they "wept for days" when they saw the picture. She said, "The photo reminds us pregnancy isn't about disability or an illness, it's about a little person" Samuel was born in perfect health, the operation 100 percent successful. Now see the actual picture, and it is awesome...incredible....and hey, pass it on! The world needs to see this one!

...It had been 10 years. 9/11/01
Taken from: Dear Photograph
I remember what I was doing ten years ago on a day like this. I was in middle school on recess and suddenly, everybody started to freak out. There's was a TV on in one of the classrooms and many students came to watch what was happening. I think that almost every classroom in the school turned the TV on and were watching this attack. The school got freeze. It seemed like a movie, but it wasn't. It was reality.
In HONOR* of those people who couldn't escape from the reality...
Who lived this terrible disgrace...
... And the people who sacrifice their lives to safe others...
Never forgotten.
....May rest in PEACE.

Keep calm and Carry On ...
This morning while I was looking for some pictures I suddenly saw this poster image that it said "Keep calm and Carry On". Somehow, this caught my attention and I started to looking for more information including the history of this emblematic brittanic phrase...And this is what I got. Some funny pictures using this phrase are included.
